Allan Buckler

Non Executive Director

Mr Buckler has over 35 years experience in the mining industry and has taken lead roles in the establishment of several leading mining and port operations in both Australia and Indonesia.  Significant operations such as PT Adaro Indonesia, PT Indonesia Bulk Terminal and New Hope Coal Australia have been developed under his leadership.  Mr Buckler holds formal qualifications in Mine Surveying as well as holding a First Class Management Certificate issued by the Queensland Department of Mines.

B T Kuan

Non Executive Director

Mr Kuan has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) degree for the University of Malaya and was responsible for the development and management of the Pulau Laut Coal Terminal in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The Terminal has a design throughput of 10 million tonnes per annum and loads Panamax vessels. He has considerable experience in bulk handling and terminal operations including barges up to 12,000 dwt and tugs. Mr Kuan has worked for significant periods in Indonesia and speaks fluent Malay, Indonesian and English. He currently resides in Australia.

Paul Mantell

Executive Director

Mr Mantell is an accountant with more than 25 years corporate experience in the mining and associated industries. He has been involved in all aspects of accounting and finance, financial reporting, taxation and administration, including the responsibilities of an ASX listed entity. He has been responsible for arranging finance for mining and infrastructure projects both in Australia and Indonesia and for setting up corporate, administrative and financial systems to support new and expanding mining operations.Mr Mantell holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of CPA Australia.

Dan O'Neill

Non Executive Director

Mr O'Neill has held positions with a number of Australian and multinational exploration companies and has managed exploration programs in a diverse range of environments and locations, including Botswana, North America, South East Asia, North Africa and Australasia. During his 30 years experience he has held executive management position with ASX listed companies and has worked on a range of commodities including diamonds, gold, base metals, coal, oil and gas. Mr O'Neill graduated with a Bachelor of Science in geology from the University of Western Australia.
